SHIPPING:

Orders will be processed and shipped out within 2-4 business days.

Customers will pay shipping cost.

You will receive tracking via email upon item shipment

Lady Di’s is not responsible for packages lost or delayed in the mail system.

IN STORE PICK UP:

Come visit us! Just choose the option at check out and you will be notified when you item is ready. It is usually ready within 2 hours of placing order.

If you haven’t been notified your order is ready for pick up and you’re heading our way. Send a text and we will be right on it! 815-992-9594.

RETURNS:

Please understand that we are a small, local business. We try to continually bring newness into our store daily. Our clients prefer that we bring a quality of different products, rather than a large quantity of the same product.

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase for in store credit only. Please initiate the return by email or text before mail or in store return. All returns are for store credit which can be used online or in-store, and the credit never expires.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarettes smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. must be unworn, tags intact, and unwashed.

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost if you choose to return by mail.

Shoes must be returned in the original box.

Gift cards can not be returned.

MAIL IN RETURN:

You may choose any courier you want to ship the return or exchange back to us.

OVERSOLD ITEM:

  • In the event that the item you purchased was oversold, we will contact you letting you know when it will be available.
